data when you access or use the Wsslna application, website, and related services.

By using Wsslna, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable laws and

regulations.

Depending on how you use Wsslna and the features available at the time, we may collect:

•Name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, profile photograph, and account/profile information.

•Location information, subject to device permissions.

•Events you create, join, view, book, or interact with.

•Photographs, descriptions, event information, and other content you upload.

•Transaction and booking information.

•Device, browser, operating system, IP address, identifiers, and other technical information.

•Application usage, interaction, analytics, diagnostics, performance, and crash information.

•Communications with Wsslna and customer support, notification and marketing preferences.

•Other information you voluntarily provide or that becomes necessary as Wsslna introduces or modifies features,

subject to applicable law and required notices or permissions.

Wsslna may request access to your device location to provide location-based functionality, including helping you

discover relevant events and activities. The type and frequency of access may depend on the features used and

permissions granted. You may manage location permissions through your device settings, although disabling

access may affect certain features.

•Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts.

•Provide and operate Wsslna and enable users to discover, create, organize, book, and join events.

•Process bookings, transactions, payments, and settlements.

•Provide location-based functionality and personalize the experience.

•Develop, test, analyze, maintain, secure, and improve our services.

•Communicate with users and provide customer support and service notifications.

•Send promotional communications, recommendations, or marketing where permitted by applicable law and

required consent has been obtained.

•Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.

•Comply with legal and regulatory obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We process personal data on an appropriate legal basis under applicable law, which may include consent,

performance of an agreement, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted, or other

lawful grounds.

Page 3Paid events may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Moyasar. Wsslna does not intend

to directly store complete payment-card credentials where those credentials are processed by the payment provider.

Payment providers may independently collect and process information necessary to complete transactions under

their own terms and privacy practices. Wsslna may retain transaction-related information required for accounting,

settlement, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and platform operations.

We may use third-party providers for cloud hosting and infrastructure (including AWS), mapping and technology

services (including Google services), payment processing (including Moyasar), analytics and application

performance, communications and notifications, security and fraud prevention, customer support, and other

operational services. Providers and integrations may change as Wsslna develops, subject to applicable law.

Wsslna does not sell your personal data. We may disclose personal data to service providers supporting Wsslna;

where necessary for payments and transactions; to comply with law, court orders, or lawful requests; to investigate

fraud, security incidents, unlawful conduct, or violations; to protect rights and safety where permitted; in connection

with a business restructuring or transfer subject to legal requirements; when you direct us or provide valid consent;

or otherwise where permitted or required by law.

Event Creators do not automatically receive users' private contact information merely because a user joins an event,

unless a feature, legal requirement, or user authorization permits such disclosure.

Wsslna operates from Saudi Arabia and may use providers whose systems or infrastructure are located in other

countries. Any transfer of personal data outside Saudi Arabia will be handled in accordance with applicable Saudi

requirements governing cross-border transfers.

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as

required or permitted by law. Retention may depend on the nature of the information, account status, transactions,

legal and regulatory obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, security, and legitimate operational needs. When no

longer required, data will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

Wsslna uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect personal data

against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, destruction, or misuse. No internet transmission or

electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their account

credentials and notifying Wsslna of suspected unauthorized access.

Wsslna may be used by individuals of different ages. Where a user is a minor or otherwise lacks the required legal

capacity, use of Wsslna must be subject to the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required

by applicable law. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of Wsslna and the events or

activities they join. Where applicable law requires verifiable guardian consent for processing a minor's personal

data, Wsslna may take reasonable measures to obtain or verify such consent.

Wsslna may send service-related notifications. Where permitted, Wsslna may also send promotional messages,

event recommendations, offers, push notifications, emails, or SMS. Users may manage applicable preferences

through Wsslna, device settings, unsubscribe mechanisms, or by contacting us, subject to communications

reasonable steps to verify identity before processing a request.

Users may initiate deletion of their Wsslna account through functionality provided within the application. Account

deletion does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. Wsslna may retain information where

necessary or permitted for legal compliance, financial and accounting records, fraud prevention, security, disputes,

enforcement of agreements, or other lawful purposes.

Wsslna may integrate with or link to independent third-party services. Those third parties may operate under their

own terms and privacy policies. Wsslna is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices.

Wsslna reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to

reflect changes in our services, features, technologies, business operations, service providers, data-processing

activities, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Updates may include changes to the categories of personal data collected, methods and purposes of processing,

service providers, available features, security and retention practices, and other matters described in this Privacy

Policy, subject at all times to applicable law.

The updated Privacy Policy will become effective from the date specified by Wsslna or, where no date is specified,

when it is published or made available through Wsslna. Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a

particular change, Wsslna will provide the required notice and obtain any legally required consent before carrying

out such processing.
